Renders the show_personal_tax tool output. data is the tool's payload (PersonalTaxData, wire field names, decimal-string amounts). Each person leads with their effective tax rate and the server-computed insight line; anyone whose gross income sits inside the personal allowance taper carries a warning badge with their marginal rate ("60% tax zone"). The gross-income composition bar, stat row (gross, total tax, take home, marginal rate) and the self-assessment schedule follow.
